This online magazine is the manifestation of a longing for a platform supporting writers in Qatar. We grew up consuming stories and being inspired by people outside our realm, and when we realized there wasn't a platform that truly reflected us, we decided to create one.

Led by our passion to write and our love for our culture, this place is for writers to get to meet each other and support one another and to share our reality as it truly is.

This website is ours. No numbers. No stats. No promotions. Nawader is a place for real opinions, real reviews, and real readers. We welcome criticism and say things how they are, all while maintaining a positive and nurturing community.
